GOVERNMENT GRANTS

The Governments of Ontario and Canada will give you money for approved energy upgrades to your home.  Following is a list of the total amount each upgrade is eligible for.  Before you start any home improvement, call me to make sure you will get the grants you are eligible for.  Your home must have a valid ecoEnergy audit BEFORE you change anything.  Only changes done after the audit are eligible.  You have 18 months from the date of your audit to complete the upgrades that you choose to do.  Then call me back for a Post Retrofit Audit to verify the upgrades.  You may apply for the rebate only after the work is done to qualify. N/A $400e and you have had your post-retrofit audit.

The following numbers are not official.  Refer to government documents for official grant amounts.  These change from time to time.
